These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tab Hider website, Chrome extension, and subscription services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Tab Hider ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Description of Service
Tab Hider provides a Chrome browser extension that allows users to instantly hide open browser tabs, lock them behind a PIN code, and restore them securely. Premium features are available via a paid subscription managed through our website. The Service includes:
- A free tier with basic tab-hiding functionality.
- A Monthly subscription plan billed each month.
- A Yearly subscription plan billed once per year at a discounted rate.
3. Account Registration
To access premium features you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Subscription payments are processed securely by PayPal. By subscribing you authorise us to charge the applicable fee for the plan you select. Subscriptions are not automatically renewed unless you re-subscribe at the end of your billing period. Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change with reasonable prior notice.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at admin@udarax.me within 7 days of your payment and we will issue a full refund. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
6. API Keys & Access
Upon successful payment, an API key is issued to your account. This key is personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared or resold. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are misused, shared, or used in violation of these Terms.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Service.
- Use the Service to engage in any harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, code, branding, and design elements of the Tab Hider website and extension are the exclusive property of Tab Hider and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the extension for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tab Hider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may also delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
